مطلوب مسؤول مبيعات شوكولاتة فاخرة في الخليل

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Executive (for a premium chocolate brand) for a Trading Company, located in Hebron, Palestine.  

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell FMCG products, with a focus on premium brands.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide post-sale support when needed.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements & Skills: 
Previous sales experience in the FMCG sector, particularly with premium FMCG brands, is required.
Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Good planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
 
Years of experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on sales experience in FMCG premium products.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. 

Location:
Hebron, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus.
