الوصف الوظيفي:The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities that support the organization's business objectives and brand positioning. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, conducting market research, coordinating events, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness and return on investment
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals.
Content Creation
Develop high-quality content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content is consistent with the organization's brand identity and messaging.
Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to create engaging marketing assets.
Digital Marketing
Manage and support digital marketing activities across various platforms.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve online engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Analyze market data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Coordinate event logistics, materials, and communications.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
Support cross-functional projects and marketing-related initiatives as required.
Brand Management
Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Maintain and uphold brand guidelines.
Support activities that strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
Experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with social media management and marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
