Qualifications

Applicants should:

Hold a degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
Be comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Arabic.
Be able to write reports, documentation, family communications, and professional correspondence in both English and Arabic.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Be committed to supporting students' social, emotional, behavioral, and academic development.
Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, families, and outside professionals.
Preferred Experience

Applicants with the following experience are especially encouraged to apply:

Supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
Conducting behavior interventions and developing behavior support plans.
Collaborating with teachers and families to improve student outcomes.
Working with outside specialists, therapists, psychologists, and educational centers.
Assisting with educational accommodations and support plans for students with diverse learning needs.
Supporting referral processes and helping families access outside services when appropriate.
