A leading company is announcing a position for IT Solutions, Data & Automation Specialist. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Role Overview
The role supports business operations through IT coordination, data analytics, automation, and system development to improve efficiency, data visibility, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with IT vendors and manage helpdesk issues and SLAs.
Support internal users and track IT activities and performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI or similar).
Document business requirements, workflows, and technical solutions.
Support full-stack development, integrations, APIs, and testing.
Develop and manage data pipelines, SQL queries, and data models.
Design and implement automation workflows (Power Automate, n8n, RPA, etc.).
Streamline processes and ensure security and data-privacy compliance.
Prepare user guides and provide training when needed.
Additional Responsibilities

Support digital transformation initiatives.
Assist in technology evaluation and improvement projects.
Collaborate across departments and prepare progress reports.

Suggested Qualifications

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data, or related field.
- Experience with BI tools and dashboards.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of full-stack development.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
