الوصف الوظيفي:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, increasing brand recognition, and supporting marketing initiatives to grow our presence both online and offline.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in photography, content creation, and digital marketing, while also being proactive in building partnerships, handling sponsorships, and promoting store recognition in the community.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality photography and visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (posting, engagement, analytics, and audience interaction).
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to boost visibility and sales.
Work with influencers, partners, and local sponsors to increase brand reach.
Build and maintain the company’s brand image across digital platforms and within the community.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Support store-level marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and customer engagement.
Track performance of campaigns and prepare regular reports on results and insights.
