الوصف الوظيفي:
The Network Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. This role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network components, servers, security solutions, and end-user devices to support business operations efficiently.

Functional Responsibilities:
Network & Infrastructure Management
Manage physical and virtual servers, including email, print, and backup servers, along with the related operating systems and software.
Administer network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, and UPSs.
Perform network design and capacity planning to ensure scalability and optimal performance.
Monitor and test network performance, providing detailed network performance reports and statistics.
Recommend, schedule, and implement network upgrades, improvements, and repairs.
Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations, peripheral devices, and end-user software.
Security & Compliance
Manage and configure firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems to ensure network security.
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect data and systems.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve security incidents related to network components.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
System Support & Troubleshooting
Provide high-level technical support for complex network systems.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve challenging network issues affecting system components.
Work closely with different departments to understand business needs and provide IT solutions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Interaction
Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to procure network products and services.
Ensure that external service providers meet performance and security standards.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience in network administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
Strong hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience in managing firewalls (e.g., FortiGate).
Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms like VMware).
Experience with email systems administration (Microsoft 365, Exchange, etc.).
Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies.
Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Certifications (a plus but not required):

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
CompTIA Network+
