الوصف الوظيفي:
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocate resources and manage project team members to achieve objectives.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Ensure alignment between teams and departments throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track project performance, milestones, and KPIs.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Process & Quality Control
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
Oversee quality assurance and control of deliverables.
Conduct project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
