Baladi Group is a leading hospitality and real estate company preparing to launch a portfolio of high-quality restaurant brands in Jerusalem and Ramallah. As we enter the opening and launch phase of our new restaurant operations—including international partnerships such as Johnny Rockets—we are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our growing team and help build a strong financial foundation for the restaurant division.

Position Overview:
The Accountant – Restaurants will handle day-to-day accounting operations, track revenues and expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with Israeli financial laws and tax regulations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and experienced in both accounting and restaurant or retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting functions specific to restaurant operations
Track and record daily sales, purchases, and inventory costs
Handle VAT filings and reporting in compliance with Israeli law
Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and cash flow reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist with payroll entries, petty cash, and expense reporting
Reconcile POS data with accounting records and bank accounts
Monitor cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
Support financial planning, especially during restaurant launches and expansion
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (restaurant/hospitality preferred)
Strong knowledge of Israeli accounting standards and VAT procedures
Experience with accounting software and Excel
Fluent in Arabic and English; Hebrew is a must
Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Based in Beit Hanina or surrounding areas
