Job Description:

Works under the supervision of the Director of Public Relations Department to accomplish the following tasks:

Establishing and maintaining communication with donors, regional and international partners, and providing regular briefings on the CEC’s mandate and activities.
Building and strengthening networks with international donor organizations.
Preparing and submitting project proposals to donors in English.
Drafting and developing periodic progress reports on ongoing projects, while managing various donor requirements and modalities.
Receiving international delegations and facilitating their mission/s.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Development Studies, or a related field.
A minimum of five years of practical experience in international relations, project proposal writing, and reporting.
Proven experience working on EU-funded projects.
Ability to contribute to the development of funding and technical proposals using the logical framework approach.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in the use of smart technologies and digital tools.
Ability to assume responsibilities and commence duties promptly.
