Job Purpose
We’re looking for a dedicated Social Media Specialist to lead and execute our social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, our primary B2B platform. You’ll take full ownership of planning, publishing, and engaging across platforms—with the key objective of growing our audience, increasing brand visibility, and supporting lead generation. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a consistent brand presence, adapted to diverse audiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Own daily posting and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter using Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Drive LinkedIn growth: Increase brand followers, improve engagement rates, and expand visibility among key B2B audiences.

Content strategy and ideation: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and business goals.

Support campaign execution: Create content that supports digital campaigns, product launches, and lead generation.

Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.

Analytics and reporting: Track KPIs and provide regular performance insights with recommendations for improvement.

Ensure cultural and regional relevance: Adapt content for global audiences with sensitivity to cross-cultural differences, localization, and tone.

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and content types.

Stay current with trends, platform updates, and content innovations.

Contribute to internal campaigns, including employer branding and internal communications.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

1–2 years of professional experience managing social media—strong LinkedIn experience is essential

Hands-on knowledge of Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Proven experience in growing follower base and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms

Proactive, innovative, and capable of taking initiative to drive content ideas, improve processes, and identify new opportunities for engagement and growth

Arabic and English fluency required

Experience in B2B content, with a strong understanding of professional branding and tone

Strong skills in Canva; ability to create branded, professional-quality designs independently

Understanding of cross-cultural communication and localization

Familiarity with social media performance metrics, tracking, and reporting

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, international team
