الوصف الوظيفي:
YPlus is a youth media organization that works on producing visual content about the Palestinian reality, including success stories and human rights reality. These productions are published on social media to raise awareness about the Palestinian cause, targeting the international audience. 

We are seeking a talented and passionate Researcher to join our team and play a pivotal role in producing impactful content that raises awareness and advocates for human rights.

The Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on human rights issues in Palestine, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support the creation of multimedia content. They will work closely with the Content creators' team and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our content is well-informed, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive research on human rights issues, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Analyze and interpret research findings to provide actionable insights for content creation.
Collaborate with content creation team to develop content that aligns with research findings.
Source, organize, and maintain a library of reference materials, including reports, articles, and multimedia content related to human rights.
Stay updated on emerging human rights trends and global issues to inform content development.
Collaborate with external experts and organizations for research partnerships when necessary.
Ensure that all content is factually accurate, ethical, and adheres to industry standards.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Proficiency in conducting research and writing in English.
Proven experience in research, data analysis, and an understanding of research methodologies.
Passion for human rights issues and a strong commitment to advocating for social justice.
Proficiency in research tools and software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information effectively.
An interdisciplinary background that provides a comprehensive perspective on human rights issues is advantageous.
