Axsos AG is leading new long-term digitalization projects for international clients, and we're seeking a Project Manager & Business Analyst to be the operational and strategic backbone of project execution. In this hybrid role, you'll manage project delivery, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and act as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
?Project Management

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of development and digitalization projects.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate across teams (development, QA, DevOps, design) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and prepare regular status reports.
Drive daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
? Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Gather, define, and document business requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client check-ins.
Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the development team.
Support UAT, validation, and go-live coordination.
? Product Ownership (Client-Oriented)

Help prioritize features and tasks based on client goals, timelines, and constraints.
Maintain backlog clarity and ensure user stories are well-defined and accepted.
Communicate release readiness and delivery timelines clearly and confidently.
? Travel Readiness

Be prepared to travel internationally based on project needs for client meetings or workshops.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or proven equivalent skills and experience.
4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or product ownership in tech environments.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional software teams.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xurrent).
German language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with software architecture, development lifecycles, and QA workflows.
Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
Certification is a plus: PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar.
