Position: Sales Representative

Location: Tarqumiah, Hebron, Palestine
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Izdehar Feed Mill's products to existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other potential customers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the Hebron and surrounding areas.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Present, promote, and sell Izdehar Feed Mill products using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms in alignment with company policies.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers based on their livestock and poultry feed requirements.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to maintain strong business relationships.

Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or feed industry.
Strong knowledge of livestock and poultry feed products is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Ability to travel within the Hebron and surrounding areas.
Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Fluency in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
