الوصف الوظيفي:
Job Title: Field Coordinator at the Women's Development Program, East Jerusalem YMCA
Duration: 6 months
Application Deadline: May 7, 2025
Expected Start Date: Immediate
Number of Positions: 2
Locations: One position in Tulkarem, one in Jenin

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all project activities in the designated location.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of location-specific action plans.
Monitor the outcomes of project interventions.
Assist and guide target groups in accessing available services and interventions.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Minimum of three years’ experience in community development projects.
Previous work in humanitarian aid projects, particularly those focused on women and children, is an asset.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
