الوصف الوظيفي:
Main purpose of the position

Execute administrative and finance related tasks and follow up of project accountancy to support the Project Finance Manager following MSF standard and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep a strict control over monetary resources to achieve project objectives

Responsibilities
Implementing cash management procedures for the Coordination in order to ensure the highest control and security, assisting the Finance Coordinator in the prevision of monthly treasury and planning in order to ensure the coverage of daily needs, advances, Per diem, etc.
Processing the payment to suppliers and keep strict on all documentation involved, informing the administration manager and FINCO of any sort of disparity.
Carrying out all accounting tasks and activities, classifying, preparing and filing of all accounting pieces in accounting software, in order to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation.
Classify and prepare all accounting pieces as requested by the Deputy Finco
File the accounting documents and enter the accounting pieces in the accounting software, with the support from the Deputy finco
Making all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.), supporting the Project Finance Manager in translating documents into local language and assisting in meetings upon request.
Any other administrative task delegated by the Project Finance Manager.
Specific responsibilities for this position:

Management of the Cashbox for the Coordination in Jerusalem
Follow up on all advances for Coordination
Creating a follow up file for all payments done, together with the Fin assistants
Create a follow up for the payments and other statistics regarding the Daily workers used in the projects.
Support the Finance department for the annual archiving of the financial documents.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Education

Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma.

Experience

Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
Desirable experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries.
Languages

English and Arabic, Hebrew is an asset
Knowledge

Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
