الوصف الوظيفي:Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Technical Support Engineer for a High Tech Company offering digital healthcare solutions, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and address software defects and system performance issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
Ensure system stability and reliability by monitoring critical infrastructure and applications.
Provide guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 support teams.
Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and technical knowledge for future reference.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
Align with DevOps team and scrum master for technical issues and deployment of fixes.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Special Requirements & Skills:
Strong knowledge of both Backend and Frontend support.
Experience with SQL, Linux, and Docker
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Years of experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
