Job Description
Médecins du Monde (MdM) France is an international medical organization, which has been present in the Palestinian territory since 1995. It operates in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank (WB) through offices located in Jerusalem, Bir Zeit, and Nablus.

Job Requirements
MdM is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Medical Supervisor based in Nablus.

Duration: 1 year, renew of contract depend on availability of Fund

Start date: ASAP.

MAIN OBJECTIVE
The Medical Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of the Medical Manager, ensuring the effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of MdM's medical programs. This includes supporting key projects such as Mobile clinic, EPREP and BMZ3, and maintaining adherence to international standards of quality and MdM's strategic goals in addition to the other office tasks delegated by the direct supervision of the line manager.

Tasks and responsibilities
Main responsibilities and activities of MdM Medical Supervisor can imply modification according to the context, the organization of the work and to the composition of the team.

Project Coordination:
Support the implementation of the ongoing medical programs in alignment with MdM's objectives.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor and evaluate activities.
Address challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve project outcomes.
Team Supervision:

Oversee the work of the medical field staff, ensuring proper guidance and training.
Identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives.
Data Collection & Reporting:

Ensure accurate and consistent collection of health and medical data.
Produce timely reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Assist in data analysis and contribute to strategic planning.
Collaboration and Communication:

Maintain effective communication with local partners, including the Ministry of Health, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Represent MdM at technical and strategic meetings as needed.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure all medical activities comply with MdM protocols and international standards.
Regularly review and update project protocols and guidelines.
Security

To respect and follow MDM France’s security plan and internal regulations.
To inform immediately the security focal point in case of any security incident or problem.
If necessary, participate in emergency/Contingency plans with the MDM team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Education:
Mandatory: Medical degree (MD).
Desirable: Higher Certification (Master Degree, Board Certificate or training).
Desirable: Certificate in BSL, ATLS, PTC released by MoH approved Institution.

Experience:
Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Mandatory: Strong understanding of the healthcare system and challenges in the West Bank context.
Desirable: Preferably previous administrative/Academic position
Desirable: Previous experience in NGOs or international organizations.

Languages:
Mandatory: Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:

Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mandatory: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Desirable: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to travel to the project sites within the West Bank as required
