الوصف الوظيفي:
The Palestinian Family Planning & Protection Association (PFPPA) seeks to recruit a Project Manager (PM), for the project “Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Response Plan in GS. Supported by UNFPA.

Duration: Six months (renewable based on performance and availability of funds)

Location: Gaza

Reporting To: Programs Director, with close collaboration with the Executive Director and to financial & Technical Team.

Background:
The Palestinian Family Planning and Protection Association (PFPPA) envisions a country where all women, men, and young people have equal access to information and quality services related to their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). It advocates for supportive legislation and respects reproductive choices free from discrimination, fostering a gender-equitable community.

The Palestinian Family Planning and Protection Association (PFPPA) has a long-standing commitment to providing essential Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services across Gaza, including in times of crisis. With extensive experience in delivering lifesaving care before and during the current emergency, PFPPA remains steadfast in ensuring continued access to critical SRH services. This response plan is designed to maintain and expand PFPPA's services in underserved areas, addressing the urgent needs of women, adolescents, and vulnerable communities through comprehensive service provision, awareness, and referrals. By utilizing its expertise and collaborating with key health and humanitarian actors, PFPPA aims to bridge service gaps, strengthen referral pathways, and ensure continuity of care in an evolving humanitarian landscape. The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of these activities, ensuring alignment with PFPPA’s strategic goals while managing teams, expanding networks, and securing funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation:
Develop and oversee the SRHR, GBV prevention, outreach, advocacy, and awareness services in Gaza.
Responsible to the execution and follow up of the working plan for PFPPA’s project supported by UNFPA in Gaza.
Monitor project implementation to ensure objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Follow up the project’s team and coordinator and provide support as needed.
Team Management & Coordination:
Supervise, coach, and support the program team, including service delivery staff (medical, psychosocial, and outreach teams).
Coordinate with existing staff and recruit new team members as needed.
Foster teamwork and ensure a collaborative working environment.
Networking & Representation:
Represent PFPPA in Gaza and establish partnerships with local and international organizations.
Engage with government agencies, donors, and community stakeholders to strengthen program impact.
Participate in relevant coordination meetings and working groups in Gaza.
Financial & Fundraising Responsibilities:
Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability for projects in Gaza.
Contribute to fundraising efforts, including proposal writing and donor reporting.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to program activities, ensuring proper documentation.
Prepare and submit timely progress reports to the Program Director.
Identify challenges and provide solutions to enhance project effectiveness.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Experience:

A Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Social Work, Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.
Experience in SRHR and GBV programs is an asset.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Fluency in Arabic (native) and a good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with short deadlines.
Travel Requirements:

The PM will be required to travel within Gaza for project-related activities and coordination meetings.
