الوصف الوظيفي:
Masrouji Group was established in the year 1959 in Jerusalem as a trade and import company for Pharmaceuticals. This modest operation has grown over the years to become one of the leading trading and investment corporations in Palestine and the wider Middle East regions, and has been distinguished for its emphasis on ethical business practices and an appreciation for opportunity.
Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified  IT & Business Transformation Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
· Devise and establish IT policies and procedures to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management and maintain the required security and data protection.
·  Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
· Develop and execute business transformation projects across the company’s different divisions.
· Purchase efficient and recommend cost-effective technological equipment and software
·  Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
· plan for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper

management
· Control budget and report on expenditure
·  Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
· Manage IT team members and plan their daily tasks, oversees performance
· Prepare IT strategic plan in alignment with company strategic plan
متطلبات الوظيفة:
BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
From eight to ten years of experience, IT program/project management experience preferred.
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
Experience in controlling information technology budget
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication abilities
