Type: Full-time/Fixed-Term Contract

Reporting to: Deputy Director WB Programmes

Salary: ₪2,069 - ₪3,103 / month

**This role requires daily field work in Nablus. Holding a valid driving licence is essential for this role.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.

MAP is seeking a Driver who will be responsible for safely transporting MAP mobile clinic staff and supplies between office, warehouse, and field locations while adhering to security protocols and checkpoint procedures. The Driver will ensure vehicle maintenance, conduct daily safety checks, and maintain accurate logbooks. The role also involves monitoring road conditions, reporting security concerns, and ensuring compliance with traffic laws and MAP’s safety regulations. Additionally, the Driver assists with basic administrative tasks and supports vehicle licensing and registration to ensure smooth operations. 
متطلبات الوظيفة:
The ideal candidate holds a valid driving license and has proven experience in driving, preferably in an NGO or humanitarian context. They have strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and incident reporting, with a familiarity in security procedures related to field operations. The candidate would also have a strong knowledge of the organization's operational areas, with particular familiarity with the mobile clinic locations.  They possess basic auto mechanic skills, good communication abilities in both Arabic and English, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
