Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality software development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for the platform.
Oversee code reviews, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure application performance and security.
Develop and maintain robust back-end services, integrating with front-end and mobile application components.
Take a leadership role in planning, prioritizing, and delivering on-time results in an agile environment.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill development and technical growth.
Stay updated with new trends in development practices, tools, and frameworks.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
5+ years of experience in software development.
Minimum 3 year team leader 
Proficient in .NET Core (C#), Java, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, and OOP concepts.
Strong understanding of database management and design principles.
Experience with frameworks such as React.js, ASP.NET, and Bootstrap.
Demonstrated expertise in Git/GitHub and version control.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
