الوصف الوظيفي:
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Senior Marketing Specialist for a leading Company, located in Rawabi, Palestine. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead brand development and positioning initiatives.
Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
Drive digital transformation of marketing operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Lead and mentor marketing team members.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Special Requirements & Skills: 
Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
Experience in data analytics and marketing metrics.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in marketing approaches (both digital and non-digital).
Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Years of experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
MBA is preferred.

Location:
Rawabi, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic and English.
