الوصف الوظيفي:
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a FinTech company in Amman, Jordan. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing business strategies, driving the company's strategic growth in the Jordanian market, and managing and optimizing operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial Management/ Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Operational Excellence
Streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
Financial Management
Own and execute financial performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.
Own the responsibility of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Regulatory Compliance
Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
Investor and Stakeholder relations & Communication and Public Relations
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing its values and vision.
Manage the relationship effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Innovation and Technology
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business team.
 Foster a positive and collaborative culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Special Requirements & Skills: 
Track record of successful commercial/ business development and strategic leadership.
Proven experience in executing business strategies.
Proven experience in operations management.
Extensive experience in general management and P&L ownership.
Strong understanding of fintech, financial markets, and technology trends.
Commercial and financial acumen and strong strategic thinking abilities.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the FinTech sector.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Years of experience:

Minimum 10 years of total experience, and 5 years in a similar role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferable. 
Location:
Amman, Jordan.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic and English.
