الوصف الوظيفي:
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral, and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of war and internal violence and to provide them with assistance. It also endeavours to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles.

The ICRC Delegation in Israel and the Occupied Territories (IL/OT), is recruiting a qualified candidate for the following position:

ICT Specialist 2

Place of Employment     :        Jerusalem

Contract duration            :        1 Year contract, renewable (including 3 months’ probational

                                                     Period)

Occupation rate               :        100%

Starting Date                    :        As soon as possible

Main responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the ICT Coordinator 1 Jerusalem, the ICT Specialist 2 will:

Independently install, maintain, repair and monitor ICT equipment in line with ICRC standards.
As a part of global support services handles Level 2 tickets or escalate as per agreed workflow.
Ensure the existing ICT infrastructure is functional.
Ensure that global/country-level policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Brief, advise, and train end-users on the ICRC's ICT systems.
Maintain ICT stock and inventory, carry out regular physical checks.
Draft and update technical documentation for all IT equipment.
Assist in projects design and implementation.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Education and professional experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, electronics, computer science or similar field.
Very Good command of English, Hebrew, and Arabic. French is an asset.
Professional certification in IT is an asset (i.e., Software engineering, network engineer, etc).
Desired profile and technical skills:

3–4 years' troubleshooting experience in an area of the ICT service catalogue (e.g., workplace services, telecommunications, IT, help desk, etc.).
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory (GPO, DFS, groups management…), Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 and associated Microsoft cloud services Skype for Business, MS Teams, and Teleconferencing tools environment.
Knowledge of VSAT systems, microwave links, radio communication and wireless applications.
Good understanding on connectivity's types & SLA's.
Customer service skills.
Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication.
Effective problem-solving skills.
High attention to details.
Ability to adhere to the organizations work ethics and code of conduct.
Ability to effectively work in a team.
Valid Israeli driving license (manual).
