Médecins Sans Frontières “Doctors without Borders” is a private, on-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed, or political affiliation.

MSF-France  is currently seeking to hire Data Entry Operator for our Daily Worker pool to join our project in Nablus. Daily workers are employed on a daily basis according to the needs, without contract.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

Carry out all activities related to entry of medical data into the mission database, according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality, in order to have reliable and up to date information.

JOB PROFILE:

Main tasks

Support the social workers team filling the social work activities templates on weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure all data collected and entered to databases is consistently accurate and complete.
Elaborate statistical reports when required by the social worker team.
Support in printing, emails organizing
Ensure, promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all information registered.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Essential secondary education.
Desirable data processing degree.
Good level in English written and spoken.
Experience in MS word, excel , data spreadsheet and reporting
Previous working experience required.
MSF or other NGOs experience is an asset.
