Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.
We are recruiting for the role of an HR Recruitment Assistant to assist with the coordination of a major recruitment programme, as MAP rapidly scales up its operations in oPt.
متطلبات الوظيفة:The selected candidate will be part of the central HR team and will work in close collaboration with the HR Recruitment Officer, the Directors of Programmes in Gaza and West Bank and of course, the hiring managers. The HR Recruitment Assistant will assist in the process of finding, attracting, testing, and hiring highly qualified and dedicated staff for MAP's programs and projects in the region.
This position is crucial in supporting the hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. The successful candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and will already have the right to live and work in Ramallah.
