الوصف الوظيفي:
Bank of Palestine is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the “System Administrator Officer” position to join the IT-Infrastructure Department team.

Location: General Management Head Office\ Ramallah.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and managing the relevant computer environments, including hardware, system software, application software, and all configurations.
Maintaining and administration of Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, and all MS O365 components and modules.
Maintaining and administering cloud services, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.
Planning and scheduling maintenance upgrades for different hardware or software.
Maintaining and managing backup solutions Like Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, and Cohesity.
Managing daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, and recovery tapes or disks are created.
Maintaining and administering Virtual environments Like VMware and Nutanix.
Administering, and configuring VMware clusters (ESXi servers, Vcenter, storage).
Maintaining and administering SAN switches and SAN storage like HPE Alletra, 3PAR, and Dell EMC Data Domain.
Applying security control to the operating system, hardware, and applications.
Documenting changes and procedures.
Applying advanced troubleshooting to the system problems and perform incident management.
Monitoring servers' operating systems and applications to ensure availability.
Configuring alerts and notifications for all components of the infrastructure.
Ability to build a high availability for all systems at the main site and DR site.
Maintaining and administering replication systems and data to the DR site.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
3 years of system administration experience or related.
Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
Related official certifications in Systems Administration\System Engineer are preferred.
Ability to learn about recent technologies.
Ability to keep updated on IT developments and current trends.
shell scripting skills preferred.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and quick understanding of complex information, systems, and requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Excellent language skills in English and Arabic.
Technical Competencies:

Valuable experience with Linux, and Microsoft Windows operating system.
Strong experience with web servers such as MS IIS, Apache, and JBoss.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus.
Good knowledge of Zero Trust implementation.
Strong experience with Certificate Authorities.
Strong experience in MS Exchange, SMTP Relay, Office 365 security, and compliance.
Strong experience in scripting “PowerShell.”
