 وصف الوظيفة:
The Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) is seeking qualified professional for the position of Program Coordinator for a one-year consulting contract at PIF Headquarter in Ramallah.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting impactful initiatives by coordinating and assisting in the identification, management, and implementation of programs aligned with organizational objectives:

Program Development:

Assist in identifying potential programs aligned with organizational objectives across various sectors.
Program Implementation:

Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of approved programs, ensuring alignment with defined goals and timelines.
Assist in preparing reports, studies, and presentations to support program identification and alignment.
Partnership Support and Stakeholder Engagement:

Support in cultivating partnerships with external entities, stakeholders, and organizations. • Assist in maintaining stakeholder relationships to ensure program alignment and necessary support.
Reporting and Documentation Assistance:

Assist in preparing program progress reports, tracking milestones, achievements, and challenges in a coordination capacity.
Support in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders as integral to the program support role.
Communication and Coordination:

Facilitate effective communication among program teams, stakeholders, and relevant parties, ensuring clarity and coordination.
Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Economics, Managerial Economics, Program Management, Industrial Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
3-5 years of experience in fields relevant to the job with reputable corporate institutions. • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive analyses, compile reports, and present findings effectively to stakeholders.

 Very strong proficiency in English and Arabic languages with exceptional writing and presentation abilities.
Very strong interpersonal skills, fostering relationships, and promoting collaboration across departments or diverse teams.
In-depth understanding of the Palestinian socio-economic landscape and the challenges it presents.
