الوصف الوظيفي:
The Palestinian Charity for Youth Engagement and Empowerment (CYEE) is a Palestinian NGO established to direct and lead innovative responses to the economic and social challenges that youth face, focusing on economic empowerment, civic engagement, and advocacy.

CYEE is inviting highly qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

Projects Coordinator: Full-time, based in Ramallah.

Duration of contract: One year with the possibility of extension.  

Tasks and Responsibilities (Projects Coordinator):

Assist in overall management of projects, including planning and reporting.
Regular field visits to assess the implementation of various projects and activities in the Central and North areas of the West Bank.
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire team members.
Maintaining and building strong relations with local partner organizations and institutions, including private-educational, and public-sector partners.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualification Requirements:

Advanced University Qualification (in International Relations, Political Science, Business Admin, Development Studies or another related field)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
(2-4) years of project coordination experience in a Palestinian NGO
Previous experience in project cycle management, including development, implementation, and monitoring.
Excellent computer competency.
