ISCO is looking for a Commercial Manager according to the following
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media through constant follow up with a separate marketing agency handling the company’s file.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate information to them.
- Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity.
- Ability to maintain sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
