Enterprise Risk Management Senior Specialist

Field: Finance 
Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Palestine - Ramallah 
Closing date: 17-Oct-2016

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-  Ensures the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization
-   responsible for ERM awareness activities in wataniya Mobile.
-    Support risk owners to identify dependencies and consequences of risk (operational).
-    Support risk owners to properly identify, map and monitor the KRIs
-    Support departments in the risk assessment / reassessment process.
-    Working closely with Internal Audit, and Fraud Management department in line of the ERM -IA-RA&FM cycle.
-     Automation of risk management and incident management.
-    Working with PMO on ERM process modeling and other tasks.
-    Documentation the policies, processes, procedures and circulations.
-    ERM quarterly report to Ooredoo Group.
     

Experience & Qualifications:

-    BA,MBA or other relevant advanced management degree.
-    Risk Management consulting experience.
-    Minimum of 7 years enterprise risk management experience.
-    Project risk Management accreditation or certification.
-    Enterprise risk management accreditation or certification.

 
Skills:

-    Proven problem resolution skills.
-    Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human      relations, and organizational skills.
-    coaching, counselling and supervisory skills.
-    A thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint etc.).
-    Excellent organisational skills.
-    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
