Akram Sbitany & Sons is the leading company in importing, marketing, and servicing home appliances, electronics, commercial and residential air conditions, mobile homes and IT products in the Palestinian market. We are currently seeking applicable candidates to fill in the following position:

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

-Master’s degree, preferably MBA specializing in HR.
-Excellent organization and communication skills.
-Outstanding interpersonal skills.
-Strong command of English and Hebrew languages.
-High ethical values.
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to objectively evaluate all staff.
-Knowledge of statistical and quantitative methods, human resource systems requirements, and job evaluation systems.
-Proactive approach to gaining respect and credibility with all employees.

Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience of the following:
    
-HR Management in an organization of 100+ employees.
-Palestinian and Israeli labor laws.
-HR Policies development and implementation.
-Preparation of Payroll through software.
-Solid administrative and managerial capabilities.
-Training and coaching employees.

Additional requirements:

-Holder of Jerusalem ID and ability to work in Jerusalem.
-Prior experience of Oketz and MenaItech software is a plus.
