Marketing & Sales Executive (Female)
Location: Nablus
Job Type: Full-time
Astrex Agency it’s a marketing company operating in Palestinian market is seeking a Marketing & Sales Female Executive with the experience and skills required to expand our customer base, provide innovative marketing solutions, and achieve specified sales targets.
 Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research, identify, and map potential B2B clients, corporate leads, and key decision makers
Field Pipelines: Execute daily field visits, corporate presentations, and face-to-face pitch meetings
Consultative Selling: Analyze corporate client needs and present tailored business solutions that maximize their ROI
Deal Closing: Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections confidently, and successfully close corporate contracts
Relationship Management: Nurture long-term corporate relationships to secure account retention and referral opportunities
Market Reporting: Track field activity, analyze competitor movements, and provide structured weekly reports to management
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the marketing field or marketing services.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing basics.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage relationships professionally.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with the Palestinian market and its needs.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
