Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management and Customer Success Specialist to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, supporting account growth, and contributing to customer retention and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up meetings.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve customer issues.
Customer Success
Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities.
Deliver training, guidance, and best-practice recommendations.
Track customer goals, usage, and business outcomes.
Proactively identify risks that may impact customer satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer and communicate feedback internally.
Commercial & Retention Activities
Support contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
Contribute to customer retention and revenue growth objectives.
Generate customer referrals, testimonials, and success stories.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development.
Experience working with CRM platforms and customer management systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
Strong relationship-building and account-management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
