Background
MEND is a Palestinian organization dedicated to promoting social justice, youth empowerment, and human security through innovative projects. As part of its commitment to effective project implementation, MEND seeks a qualified PMEL Coordinator to support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, learning, and implementation of ongoing project

Purpose of the Position
The PMEL Coordinator will ensure proper planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities in line with donor requirements, organizational policies. In addition to M&E responsibilities, the Coordinator will also be actively involved in implementing project activities on the ground, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all planned interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for assigned project
Track progress against project indicators and outputs.
Conduct field visits to ensure accurate data collection and quality implementation.
Project Implementation

Support the implementation of project activities according to approved work plans.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Identify challenges during implementation and propose solutions to the project team.
Data Management and Reporting

Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data to generate actionable insights.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports for donors, the organization, and internal stakeholders.
Support learning initiatives by identifying successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Coordination and Communication

Provide technical guidance and support to project staff on M&E tools and data collection.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, MEND policies
Document Support

Review project documents to ensure accurate data and consistent reporting.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Statistics, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL/PMEL) in NGOs.

Experience in project implementation and ability to carry out activities while managing M&E responsibilities.

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Residing in or around the Bethlehem area.

Ability to travel throughout the West Bank and attend meetings as required.

Contract Terms

Project-based and funded position.

Immediate start (ASAP) upon selection.

Salary will be according to Palestinian law rules and regulations.

Compliance with Palestinian labor law and organizational regulations.
