We are looking to hire a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our company. You will be part of the continued improvement and growth of our Software Solution.

The role:

As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer at Innotech, you will play a key role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of our software products. You’ll be actively involved in every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and validate features. Your responsibilities include creating and executing both manual and automated test cases, reviewing requirements to ensure they are testable, and meticulously reporting and following up on defects. You will be instrumental in maintaining and improving testing processes, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.



Responsibilities:

Review requirements and provide feedback to the Product Owner.
Estimate test effort.
Can create test plans (following IEEE 829 standards).
Write and execute automated and manual test scripts.
Test new features, ensuring the implementation matches the requirements.
Report defects and follow them up to resolution.
Run various types and levels of functional and non-functional tests.
Review test cases written by QA Team members.
Share knowledge with other QA Engineers.
Recommend quality assurance improvements.
Analyze test results for complex projects and prepare test reports.
Work with the Product Team to ensure the requirements are testable.
Learn new practices, solutions, and skills.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements:

BS/MS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject.
1 year of experience in Quality Assurance. Fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply, and prior internship experience will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of software testing terminology, methods, and tools.
Self-driven, responsible, reliable, and keen to learn.
Having strong analytical and root-cause-finding skills.
Committed to delivering daily high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Familiar with non-functional types of testing.
Proficient in the defect life cycle.
Understand the software development life cycle.
Familiar with software testing metrics.
Up-to-date with the latest new technologies and tools.
Strong skills in any OOP (C# is preferred).
Knowledge in Postman or JMeter is a plus.
Knowledge in Cypress is a plus.
