الوصف الوظيفي:Location: Coffee Lab Head Office, with regular branch visits.
Reports to: HR Manager.
The human resources officer will support the HR Manger in carrying out day-to-day HR functions across Coffee Lab's branches and central operations. The role focuses on recruitment, employee support, HR administration, and compliance, ensuring that Coffee Lab's people practices reflect both our values and legal requirements. The HR Officer will assist in building a positive work enviroment where employees are motivated, supported and set up for success.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist the HR Manager with job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare job discriptions and employment contracts as directed.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed and well-informed.
Employee relations and support
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and direct complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Provide support to branch managers in routine HR matters.
- Help organize staff engagement and communication acrivities.
Training and development
- Coordinate training schedules and track attendance under the HR Manager's guidance.
- Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Support in identifying training needs from branch feedback.
Compliance and administration
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, and files.
- Assist with leave tracking, payroll inputs, and related HR documentation.
- Ensure policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed, escalating issues to the HR Manager when neccessary.
Culture and engagement
- Help implement Coffee Lab's culture and values across branches.
- Assist in organizing recognition programs, team events, and internal communication initiatives.
- Monitor staff morale and report insights to the HR Manager.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications and skills
- Bachlor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree in HR, Bussiness Administration, or Organizational Development is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experiance in HR in hospitality or retail.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong knowlage of HR processes and basic labor law compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must hold a valid driving license and preferably has a car and be comfortable traveling between branches.
