الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online presence and customer orders. This role is responsible for publishing and scheduling marketing posts across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other channels, while also ensuring smooth handling of online orders.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
Coordinate posting schedules to maintain consistent brand presence.
Support marketing campaigns by arranging posts, captions, and hashtags that align with business goals.
Track engagement and provide insights on post performance.
Manage and organize online orders from different sales channels.
Ensure accurate tracking of order status, from confirmation to delivery.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Maintain a professional brand image across all platforms.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
Previous experience in social media management and/or e-commerce coordination.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok platform tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Creativity in content planning with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of online order processing and coordination.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
