Job Summary:
The Programs Coordinator – Health Sector supports the planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of PCRF’s humanitarian health programs. Reporting to the Programs Specialist and working closely with the Programs Officer, the Coordinator ensures effective program delivery, accurate data management, robust reporting, and engagement with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
The role provides essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the efficient execution of health programs, focusing on case management, medical programs, and maintaining clear communication between headquarters, field teams, and healthcare partners. The Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely documentation, smooth coordination of activities, and adherence to program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation & Support
Coordinate program activities to ensure timely and effective service delivery to beneficiaries.
Support the Programs Specialist and Programs Officer in identifying service gaps and proposing actionable solutions.
Assist in reviewing technical issues with field teams and ensure gaps are addressed based on recommendations.
Ensure adherence to humanitarian standards, organizational policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to facilitate logistics and program implementation.
Review case applications submitted by social workers to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
2. Case Management & Administrative Support
Track correspondence, approvals, and supporting documents for all assigned cases and programs.
Prepare meeting notes, correspondence, and other administrative documents for the Programs Specialist and Programs Officer.
Assist in reviewing medical case submissions to ensure completeness before forwarding for approval.
Follow up with field teams and healthcare providers to obtain missing or updated documents.
Help track and follow up on pending cases, ensuring proper documentation and timely approvals.
Organize and maintain medical records, case files, and program documentation.
3. Data Management, Entry, and Analysis
Perform accurate data entry and updates in PCRF databases and case management systems.
Oversee accurate collection, entry, and maintenance of program-related data while ensuring confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with organizational and donor data policies.
Analyze data to support program planning, decision-making, and reporting.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and donor use.
Maintain up-to-date records of program activities, beneficiary information, and financial reports.
Support drafting proposals and reports by providing relevant data and insights.
5. Training & Capacity Building
Participate in staff training initiatives on new systems, platforms, and tools.
Conduct field visits with social workers for quality checks and document findings to support MEAL activities.
Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops on data entry, reporting, and analysis.
6. Field Coordination & Beneficiary Support
Conduct field visits to monitor program progress, ensure compliance, and identify challenges.
Serve as a point of contact for beneficiaries and their families, addressing concerns and facilitating support.
Assist in case management and follow-ups to ensure beneficiaries receive required medical, financial, or other support.
7. MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning)
Support MEAL framework implementation and data collection tools.
Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous program improvement.
8. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Support representation of PCRF at meetings, sector coordination groups, and conferences.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program operations.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, International Development, or a related field.
3 years of experience in humanitarian program coordination, case management, or related roles.
Knowledge of humanitarian principles, MEAL frameworks, and beneficiary-centered approaches.
- Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field under challenging conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
