الوصف الوظيفي:
A leading company in Palestine is seeking a skilled professional Radio Access Network Engineer to join their team.

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for manage and oversee all aspects of Radio Access Network (RAN) planning, deployment, optimization, and maintenance to ensure reliable and high-performance mobile network services.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and optimization of RAN to ensure network performance meets key targets
Manage the deployment and integration of RAN solutions in alignment with organizational strategies
Supervise team activities to ensure efficient project execution and network operations
Collaborate with vendors for RAN upgrades, new feature implementation, and system troubleshooting
Monitor and evaluate RAN KPIs to identify and resolve network performance issues
Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning and coverage improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Provide technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their expertise
Prepare reports on network performance, project progress, and challenges for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Hold a Blue Israeli ID
