We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Finance and Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with expertise in financial modules, procurement, inventory, and operations. This role involves collaborating with clients to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for their business processes.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions for clients.
Analyze business requirements and configure the system accordingly.
Provide functional and technical expertise in financials, procurement, inventory, and other core operations modules.
Configure, test, and deploy solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the system.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations updates, best practices, and trends.
Offer ongoing support and continuous improvement of solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong knowledge of financial management, procurement, inventory, sales, and other related modules.
Experience with data migration, integration, and testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to conduct end-user training and provide documentation.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-500).
Experience in industry-specific implementations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, public sector) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., third-party applications).
