الوصف الوظيفي:
MSF Spain is looking for a skilled  Health Promotion Officer/IEC in Hebron to implement Health Promotion/IEC (Information, Education, Communication)activities with patients and local population to raise their knowledge and skills on relevant medical topics

Accountabilities:
Inform patients and communities about MSF and services it provides.
According to medical priorities, deliver information to the patients and community on specific health topics
Implement activities of health education and awareness (sessions in schools, churches, community), under the indications and supervision of the Health Promotion Supervisor (HPS).
Refer patients to the Mental Health Pyscho Social Support (MHPSS) and Socal Work (SW) team according to criteria.
Identify avenues for health education and promotional activities, mobile clinics, and other HP-related activities.
Identify actors working in the community for networking with other organizations, NGOs, CBOs, etc.
Under the indications of HPS, compile information regarding assessments—satisfaction surveys, understanding surveys, rumor tracking, etc in collaboration with HPS.
Take care of materials and equipment in order to ensure continuity of activities.
Collect and aggregate reports of Community Health Educators (CHE)s and support HPS in the supervision of CHEs.
Support the provision of health education and awareness sessions during mobile clinic visits and in the communities.
Support HPS in the planning of CHE activities in Hebron, follow-up, and reporting.
Participate in HP meetings and provide reports of activities.
Collect community health data in KOBO in collaboration with EPI.
Supervise and train Community Health Worker (CHW)s.
Prepare the monthly CHW meeting.
Conduct a quarterly inventory of Community Engagement Health Promotion (CEHP) materials and identify material needs.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Education

Education level in social science, social communication, nurse or teaching.
It is necessary to have an internal MSF training on health messages.
Experience

Preferable previous experience in teaching, nursing or social work, community mobilization (for OCBA, at least two years).
Languages

Arabic essential, English desirable.
