الوصف الوظيفي:
SANAD Construction Resources Company was established to fulfill the Palestinian market needs for all types of cement. As part of the Company’s vision, SANAD aims at developing the construction sector and is considered as one of the main pillars of economic development in Palestine. Due to being an equal opportunity employer, the Company is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following vacancy in its HQ in Ramallah:

Sales Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in preparing the annual sales plan and periodic sales forecasts.
Promote and sell the company’s products and services and make constant field visits.
Prepare sales contracts and have them signed by customers.
Ensure orders are delivered to customers as per the agreed terms.
Prepare regular reports on the company’s products and sales and provide recommendations.
Handling customer, distributor, and supplier complaints, feedback, and suggestions.
Assist in conducting market studies and any necessary research.
Update the customer database, including contact details and addresses.
Ensure excellent customer service and notify customers about any campaigns.
Monitor the annual sales plan, compare actual performance to targets monthly, prepare relevant reports, identify any deviations, and suggest necessary recommendations.
Maintaining outstanding customer service by regularly visiting customers, informing them about campaigns, and resolving their issues.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications and Competences:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing or any related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
Experience in commercial services and the construction industry sector is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Capability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Extensive knowledge of the region.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales-related software and tools.
