Dimensions works as a subcontractor for Chemonics International in implementing USAID – Trade, Investment, and Finance Activity (TIFA).

Dimensions seeks to hire – for its TIFA subcontract – a full-time Access to Finance Partnerships Manager. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate professionals to contribute to Dimensions’ efforts in meeting the scope and objectives of this project.

This position will be based in Ramallah.

Key Responsibilities
Support the introduction and expansion of trade finance programs that streamline and facilitate international trade transactions, including the use of financial instruments, through collaborations with Financial Institutions (FIs).
Promote the integration of digitally enhanced trade practices and advocate for the widespread adoption and utilization of digital financial services through innovative solutions.
Assist in the design and implementation of capacity-building programs to enhance financial literacy and managerial skills among entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Support the development of Loan Guarantee Facility through customized financial solutions for SMEs, training loan officers and establishing SME units in MFIs and leasing companies.
Ensure effective coordination and synergies with other components of the projects.
Report to the project’s Team Lead on progress toward achieving project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports that demonstrate the impact and progress of the project to external parties.
Support all communication efforts related to the project to ensure consistent and high-quality reporting, delivered on time to project management.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Main Requirements
Masters in finance, accounting, business management, or equivalent work experience.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, with a background in trade finance, financial solutions, and digital financial transformation initiatives. Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale projects, especially those who have worked on USAID-funded projects in the areas of trade, finance, and capacity building.
Experience working with small and medium enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and business consulting, with a clear focus on access to finance and digital financial solutions.
In-depth understanding of financial models and strategy formulation, with the ability to assist in executing financial programs that promote export capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including FIs, the private sector, and other entities.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work with attention to detail, and ensure documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
Fluency in Arabic and English required.
