Dimensions works as a subcontractor for Chemonics International in implementing USAID – Trade, Investment, and Finance Activity (TIFA).

Dimensions seeks to hire – for its TIFA subcontract – a full-time Access to Finance Team Leader. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate professionals to contribute to Dimensions’ efforts in meeting the scope and objectives of this project.

This position will be based in Ramallah.

Key Responsibilities
Introduce and expand trade finance programs that streamline and facilitate international trade transactions, including the use of financial instruments, through collaborations with Financial Institutions (FIs).
Promote the integration of digitally enhanced trade practices and advocate for the widespread adoption and utilization of digital financial services through innovative solutions.
Design and implement comprehensive capacity-building programs to enhance financial literacy and managerial skills among entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Support the development of Loan Guarantee Facility through customized financial solutions for SMEs, training loan officers and establishing SME units in MFIs and leasing companies.
Ensure effective coordination and synergies with other components of the projects.
Lead efforts to achieve the project's objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Represent the component in meetings with donors, government entities, and FIs. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports, demonstrating the impact and progress of the component to external parties.
Manage all communication efforts related to the component. Ensure that reporting meets the highest standards of quality and is delivered in a timely manner to project management.

Main Requirements
At least 15 years of relevant experience in finance, with a strong background in trade finance, financial solutions, and digital financial transformation initiatives. Preference for candidates with experience leading or managing large-scale projects, especially those who have worked on USAID-funded projects in the areas of trade, finance, and capacity building.
Advanced experience in the private sector, particularly in working with small and medium enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and business consulting, with a clear focus on access to finance.
In-depth understanding of financial models, strategy formulation, and the ability to execute financial programs that promote export capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills in establishing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including FIs, private sector, and other entities.
Proven experience in managing, supervising, and mentoring staff, with the ability to provide direction and support to a team.
A strong commitment to ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Able to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work with attention to detail, and ensure documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
Fluency in Arabic and English required.
