الوصف الوظيفي:
Job Announcement: Princess Basma Hospital Project

Arab Brothers, a USAID contractor implementing the BISM program, a five-year initiative targeting multiple sectors including Youth, Health, Renewable Energy, and small to medium infrastructure projects, is currently involved in construction and renovation services at Princess Basma Hospital in East Jerusalem. We are recruiting key professionals for the construction services at Princess Basma Hospital. The available positions and their qualifications are as follows:

Work Order Manager (One Position)
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering, with awareness of requirements and coordination with Jerusalem Municipality, SII, Civil Defence, and the Ministry of Health.

Experience: 12+ years in Building Projects.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction management processes.
Expertise in construction products, methods, and quality standards.
Skilled in analytical thinking, reporting, and budget control.
Contract knowledge and the ability to manage contracts, prepare reports, variations, and track progress plans, previous experience with USAID project is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluent in English.
Additional: Valid driving license, valid registration, and licensed to work in Jerusalem.
