مطلوب مدير مالي

الوصف الوظيفي:
شركة أركان للخدمات الاستشارية، شركة رائدة في السوق الفلسطيني في مجال الاستشارات المالية والإدارية، تسعى الشركة لتوظيف كوادر بشرية ماهرة وذات كفاءة، ترفع من إنتاجية وتطور فريق عملها، وتقوم سياسة التوظيف في دائرة الموارد البشرية على مبادئ أساسية تتمثل في تساوي فرص العمل وتحقيق مبدأ الشفافية والنزاهة والتدريب والتطوير للكادر البشري بشكل مستمر، ولتقديم أجود الخدمات الاستشاراية لزبائنها، تعلن شركة أركان عن حاجتها لتوظيف Financial Manager.

المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- المشاركة في وضع وصياغة الأهداف للشركة، واتخاذ القرارات وتقديم الاقتراحات المالية.
- وضع الخطط والبرامج الخاصة بالإدارة المالية، والتي تنسجم مع أهداف الشركة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الإدارة العليا وابداء الرأي المالي خلالها.
- متابعة تنفيذ الخطط المالية الخاصة بالشركة، وتحليل النشاطات المالية اليومية.
- تدريب العاملين في الإدارة المالية على أعمالهم وتنظيم جهودكم.
- إقتراح الموازنة السنوية للشركة وإدارتها والاشراف عليها.
- الاشراف والقيام بالجرد الدوري، ومراجعة جميع المستندات المالية وحفظها.
- تقديم التقارير الدورية المالية لمجلس الإدارة، ومناقشتها.
- تنظيم سير العمل مع الدوائر والأقسام الآخرى بالشركة.
- إدارة المخاطر المالية، ومن أهمها: مخاطر السيولة، مخاطر الائتمان، مخاطر التشغيل ....
- تحديد الانحرافات المالية بين الموازنات (الخطط) والميزانية (الواقع)، وتقديم التقارير.
- متابعة أرصدة الشركة لدى البنوك، واعداد التقارير الدورية.
- الالتزام بتنفيذ الانظمة والقرارات والتعليمات الخاصة بالشؤون المالية، وتعميمها للمعنيين.
- إعداد الحسابات الختامية والقوائم المالية وايضاحاتها للشركة، واعتمادها من الادارة.
- القيام بالتحليل المالي وقراءة القوائم المالية، وتقديم تقرير حول ذلك للادارة.
- الحفاظ على أستقرار الوضع المالي للشركة.
- إعداد دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية اذا لزم الأمر.
- المشاركة في أعمال اللجان ذات الصلة بالإدارة المالية.
- القيام بأي مهام أخرى تطلبها الوظيفة بما يتناسب مع طبيعة العمل.

Responsibilities:
Participate in setting corporate objectives, decision-making, and providing financial suggestions.
Develop financial management plans and programs aligned with corporate goals.
Participate in executive management meetings and provide financial input.
Monitor the execution of company financial plans and analyze daily financial activities.
Train financial management staff and organize their efforts.
Propose, manage, and oversee the company's annual budget.
Oversee and conduct periodic inventories, review all financial documents, and maintain records.
Present periodic financial reports to the board of directors and discuss them.
Coordinate work with other departments within the company.
Manage financial risks, including liquidity risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
Identify financial deviations between budgets (plans) and the actual budget, and provide reports.
Monitor the company's bank balances and prepare periodic reports.
Adhere to and disseminate financial regulations, decisions, and instructions to relevant parties.
Prepare the company's final accounts and financial statements, including explanations, and obtain management approval.
Conduct financial analysis, interpret financial statements, and present a report to management.
Maintain the financial stability of the company.
Prepare feasibility studies if necessary.
Participate in the work of committees related to financial management.
Perform any other job duties as required, consistent with the nature of the work.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- بكالوريس محاسبة و/ أو علوم مالية ومصرفية.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مماثل.
- يفضل من يحمل شهادة مهنية متخصصة ومعتمدة دولياً في مجال المحاسبة مثل CPA, CMA

- معرفة جيدة في مبادئ المحاسبة
- الدقة في العمل والإنتباه للتفاصيل
- تحليل وقراءة البيانات المالية
- إعداد التقارير
- مهارات متقدمة في استخدام برامج الحاسوب

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized university.
At least five years of work experience in a similar field, including experience in industrial companies and non-profit organizations.
Preference is given to those who hold a specialized and internationally recognized professional certification in the field of accounting such as CPA, CMA.
