Responsibilities:

Support Leadership: Assist the General Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
Team Supervision: Manage and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and other administrative tasks.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in retail management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Valid driver's license.
Holder of Jerusalem ID.
