Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to maximize project success and profitability.
Team Management: Lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in real estate development and management.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.
Valid driver's license.
Holder of Jerusalem ID.
