Introduction:

Sharikat Gargour Al-Tijariyyah is the General Agents for Mercedes-Benz in West Bank, we are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated “Logistics Assistant & Data Analyst” to fill the following position:

Job Title: Logistics Assistant and Data Analyst.

Location: Ramallah.

Proposed Starting Date: Immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Logistics Assistant:

Updating Data on all stock sheets including Excel sheets and GSM system.
Adding new units to all stock areas.
Updating required data on Autoline system.
Supporting Logistics in the preparation of registration files.
Filing and documenting all documents in their set files.
Helping with preparing any requested report.
Data Analyst:

Collecting data from different sources due to the direct manager’s instructions.
Using statistical methods and techniques to explore and analyze data.
Ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Creating (charts, graphs, and dashboards) when needed.
Developing clear reports that drive effective decision-making.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or any related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficient in English language (writing and speaking).
Strong knowledge of Excel & Power point.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Residency in Ramallah is preferred.
